




**ABOUT THE POSITION:** We are seeking an analytical and communicative intern to join our commercial team. Prior sales experience is not required, but you must be eager to learn, possess logical organization skills, and enjoy interacting with people. Here, you will gain hands-on experience with our B2B consultative sales methodology. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR (DEGREES):** Students (from the 3rd semester onward) in: * Commercial Management * Environmental Management * Biology or Geography * Engineering (Environmental, Production, or Civil) * Business Administration **DESIRED PROFILE:** * Acuteness and quick reasoning; * Excellent verbal and written communication (corporate emails); * Impeccable organization; * Proficiency with Excel, technology, and new systems; * Genuine interest in the commercial and business field. **ADDITIONAL ASSETS:** * Experience with Junior Enterprises, Academic Directories, or customer service. * Interest in sustainability and waste management. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Internship stipend: R$ 1,300.00 * Transportation allowance * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Birthday leave * Genuine opportunities for growth and permanent hiring. **WORK SCHEDULE:** 09:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 16:00 (Monday through Friday) **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Contact Qualification (Digital Channels):** Screening and initial outreach to leads generated via website and paid traffic (phone/WhatsApp) to identify customer profiles. * **Data Collection (Intelligence):** Strategic identification of decision-makers’ contact information (emails and phone numbers) at potential client companies, including market mapping. * **Proactive Outreach:** Making calls to companies that demonstrated interest in materials sent by email (engagement monitoring). * **Technical Calendar Management:** Scheduling, confirming, and tracking diagnostic meetings between clients and our specialist analysts. * **Conducting Commercial Meetings:** Leading presentation and negotiation meetings directly with smaller-scale clients, guiding the process through to closure. * **General Support:** Regular CRM system updates, market news and data research, and preparation of commercial performance reports.
