You will work side-by-side with experienced professionals in the field, receiving close mentorship and engaging in continuous knowledge sharing, contributing to strategic processes related to contract management, repairs, warranties, and parts. **How will you make a difference?** Your work will be essential in ensuring the organization, reliability, and quality of departmental information. By supporting contract management and handling large volumes of data, you will help improve controls, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs), while actively contributing to continuous process improvement and clear, efficient internal communication. **What do we want to know about you?** We are looking for someone who: * Is currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Engineering, Commercial Management, Logistics, or related fields * Pays attention to detail, is organized, and demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility * Has good verbal and written communication skills * Is proactive, curious, and eager to learn * Has intermediate or advanced Excel skills (data handling and basic formulas) * Preferred: Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Oracle **What will your day-to-day look like?** On a daily basis, you will: * Support the management and updating of parts contracts in the Oracle system * Organize, process, and analyze large volumes of data * Maintain control spreadsheets up-to-date and well-structured * Assist in tracking departmental KPIs and reports * Support internal customer service, ensuring clear and accurate information * Collaborate with the team to optimize processes and operational routines ***“A strong candidate has been identified for this position, but all interested and qualified individuals are encouraged to apply.”*** **Additional Information** **What could you achieve in an environment that truly puts People First?** At Wabtec, it’s not just about a job—it’s about the impact you create.
