Dynamic environment with driver interaction Ensure yard organization, control, and operational flow, guaranteeing proper vehicle positioning, adherence to operational time windows, and support for operational productivity. Responsibilities * Control vehicle entry and exit in the yard * Direct vehicles to docks, queues, or waiting areas * Monitor detached trailers in the yard * Support adherence to pickup and delivery schedules * Verify basic documents (invoice, CTe, scheduling) when necessary * Report operational discrepancies to the monitoring team * Ensure physical yard organization (layout, queues, safety) * Assist drivers with operational guidance * Record operational information (checklist, times, incidents) Requirements * Completed high school education * Experience in transportation/logistics (preferred) * Basic knowledge of operational routines * Good communication skills and firm demeanor (will interact directly with drivers) **Benefits:** Health insurance; Dental insurance; Commuter allowance or fuel subsidy; Meal/voucher allowance; Gympass; University tuition discounts; Performance bonus; On-site parking; Life insurance; Basic food basket; Day Off. **Location:** Betim/MG Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
