We are looking for a **PLC Programmer** with solid experience in industrial systems to work on high-performance projects aimed at efficiency, safety, and innovation in production processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement automation solutions according to technical and operational requirements. * Program PLCs from **Siemens** and **Allen Bradley**, emphasizing reliability and performance. * Configure and program **HMIs** for interfacing with automation devices. * Design and assemble electronic devices and circuits, proposing improvements to industrial processes. * Perform testing, adjustments, and validation of automated systems, ensuring technical compliance. * Carry out assembly, installation, and preventive/corrective maintenance of electronic equipment. * Contribute suggestions for continuous improvement, aiming to increase productivity and reduce failures. **Requirements** * Proven experience programming **Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs**. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics. * Experience assembling and designing electrical and pneumatic panels. * Experience programming **HMIs** and integrating them with industrial devices. * Knowledge of manufacturing automation devices. * Advanced proficiency in computer usage and installation of technical software. * Technical or higher education degree in **Electrical Engineering, Electroelectronics, Electromechanics, or Industrial Automation**. * Valid **Brazilian driver's license category B**. * Easy access to the **Contagem – MG** region. **Ideal Profile** * Proactivity, attention to detail, and focus on efficient technical solutions. * Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. * Commitment to deadlines, safety, and project quality. * Interest in innovation, technology, and continuous development. **What We Offer** * Technical and collaborative environment focused on excellence and innovation. * Participation in challenging and customized industrial projects. * Recognition of hands-on expertise. * Encouragement of professional growth. * Monthly Bonus Incentive Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed Technical Education (Preferred) Experience: * Software Development (Mandatory) * Programming (Mandatory) Travel Availability: * 25% (Mandatory)
