Focus on hygiene and food pre-preparation To work at a delivery company’s production unit — Barreiro Unit, Santa Helena neighborhood. Responsible for food preparation: · Preparation of seasonings, · Portioning and separation of supplies, · Labeling and storage. · Thus, cutting, peeling, grating, par-cooking, and slicing ingredients. · All pre-preparation tasks across units. Sanitizing equipment, materials, and the workplace.
