**Vereda Engenharia** is undergoing restructuring and strengthening of its Human Resources department and seeks a **Payroll Analyst**.
We are looking for someone with an analytical mindset, organizational skills, autonomy, and interest in contributing to the review and improvement of departmental processes.
Main Responsibilities
* Serve as the liaison with the accounting team responsible for payroll processing;
* Review and analyze payroll, labor charges, journal entries, and personnel movements;
* Identify inconsistencies and support correction of system configurations;
* Monitor onboarding, vacations, terminations, leaves of absence, and benefits;
* Analyze collective bargaining agreements and conventions applicable to construction projects and employee categories;
* Support implementation and configuration of the new time-tracking system;
* Reorganize and enhance processes performed in the ONVIO system;
* Develop headcount controls, KPIs, and personnel cost reports;
* Calculate costs per project, cost center, and employee;
* Create and maintain tracking spreadsheets and internal controls;
* Support structuring job descriptions and salary policies;
* Guide the administrative support team on onboarding processes;
* Address inquiries from managers, site administrators, and employees regarding payroll matters.
Requirements
* Experience in payroll department routines;
* Knowledge of payroll processing, labor charges, and labor legislation;
* Familiarity with time-tracking systems and interpretation of collective bargaining agreements;
* Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency;
* Analytical, organized profile with strong commitment to deadlines;
* Ability to thrive in an environment focused on process structuring and improvement.
