The role requires agility, proactivity, and spontaneity; the employee must adhere to the scheduled work hours of **12 hours per 36-hour cycle**, and must not arrive late or leave early without justification. IN ADDITION TO THE SALARY, TRANSPORTATION BENEFIT, MEALS PROVIDED ON-SITE, AND ALL RIGHTS GUARANTEED BY LABOR LEGISLATION, THE EMPLOYEE WILL RECEIVE A **MONTHLY ATTENDANCE BONUS OF R$ 400.00**.
