




Description: We are seeking a candidate with: * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in large-scale or complex institutional projects; * Knowledge of project management methodologies: PMBOK, PRINCE2, Scrum, Kanban, and other relevant methodologies; * Familiarity with project management tools: MS Project, Jira, Trello, or other relevant tools; * Basic understanding of risk management: risk identification, analysis, assessment, and mitigation; * Basic understanding of change management: change management processes, including impact assessment, implementation, and communication; * Clear, concise, and objective communication skills—both oral and written—as well as strategic vision and proactivity. You will stand out if you have: * Postgraduate degree in Project Management; * Knowledge of ESG; * Experience or familiarity with Digital Transformation; * Microsoft Office Suite: proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; * Driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to travel occasionally. Location and Work Schedule: * Senac Belo Horizonte/MG – Central Region (on-site work); * Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 hours. As a Project Analyst, your main responsibilities will include: * Developing the project plan, defining scope, schedule, budget, resources, and success criteria; * Implementing the plan by coordinating teams, monitoring progress, and making adjustments as needed; * Monitoring budget, timelines, and quality—identifying and resolving variances and risks; * Keeping stakeholders informed by preparing status reports, presentations, and periodic updates; * Managing risks by adopting mitigation strategies and contingency plans; * Controlling changes to scope, schedule, or budget—assessing impacts and implementing efficient adjustments; * Recording and documenting the project—including plans, meeting minutes, reports, and lessons learned; * Proposing continuous improvements to project management processes, introducing new tools and practices. 2512080202191814994
