**Job Responsibilities:**
Conduct safety inspections across departments in accordance with current legislation, identifying non-conformities and promoting improvements. Manage the distribution, specification, and procurement requests for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Organize and monitor the CIPA election process and term of office per NR-05, and deliver training to its members and other staff, contributing to occupational safety development.
Handle dosimeter exchange and submission for reading, monitor radiation exposure dose results, and participate in analyses of elevated doses alongside the Radioprotection Committee. Assist in identifying environmental hazards and developing the Risk Management Program (PGR). Investigate workplace accidents, issue the Accident Communication Form (CAT), and record accident statistics.
Prepare and maintain up-to-date the Occupational Health Profile (PPP) related to occupational safety. Verify third-party safety documentation and supervise the execution of activities and construction works on hospital premises. Monitor solid waste management, support environmental licensing, maintain organized legal documentation, and perform other duties specified in departmental procedures.
**Mandatory Requirements:**
Completion of an Occupational Safety Technician course;
Registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment.

8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Thursday
Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
