Job Summary:
The professional will cooperate with the unit's nurse, providing integrated and comprehensive care to patients, executing medical and nursing prescriptions, and maintaining a safe and functional work environment.

Main Responsibilities:
\- Cooperate with the unit's nurse to ensure optimal service performance;
\- Receive and hand over shift reports, taking full note of all incidents;
\- Provide integrated and comprehensive care to patients, ensuring their safety and satisfactorily meeting all their needs;
\- Carefully execute medical and nursing prescriptions, paying attention to verification and prescription stamping;
\- Record provided care and observed patient changes objectively, clearly, and in real time in the patient's medical record;
\- Report adverse events and/or near misses;
\- Manage risks;
\- Participate in nursing care planning;
\- Respond to patient calls and communicate complications to the nurse/physician;
\- Assist physicians/nurses/physical therapists and deliver nursing care to assigned patients;
\- Assist physicians/nurses with blood collection procedures;
\- Accompany patients during transport;
\- Monitor inventory control of materials and equipment related to nursing and medical care;
\- Check the functionality of the unit’s infrastructure for patients and arrange necessary repairs through the responsible department;
\- Support the supply and control of materials and medications to ensure uninterrupted unit operations;
\- Maintain sector materials and equipment, performing concurrent and terminal cleaning as defined in protocols;
\- Place orders for Caf and Warehouse;
\- Request/assign Central Material Supply (CME) materials;
\- Assist in training and supervising new staff members;
\- Maintain accurate records to facilitate unit controls and statistics;
\- Maintain harmonious relationships, cooperating with colleagues, leadership, and the entire team;
\- Ensure workplace organization;
\- Operate within the Tasy system across various modules (clinical and administrative);
\- Perform other duties described in the unit’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or Process Reference Standards (PRSs);
\- Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
Requirements:
\- Completed High School education;
\- Completed Technical Nursing course;
\- Experience as a nursing technician in the intensive care unit, verified by employment record book or official hospital institution statement.

Compensation: R$1\.659,99 per month
