CLT Contagem / MG ##### **Description** Plan, organize, supervise, perform, and evaluate nursing services and their technical and auxiliary activities in order to comply with applicable standards and regulations and promote a suitable work environment; Supervise, organize, plan, execute, and evaluate technical, auxiliary, and academic activities to meet relevant standards and regulations and foster a positive work environment; Reassess, when necessary, the staff schedule of the department, quantitatively distributing the team to ensure efficiency in task execution; Guide and supervise trainees and staff in performing tasks, clarifying doubts and providing information to ensure proper department functioning and enhance their technical skills; Review notes recorded in patient records, reports, alerts, and notice boards to stay informed about all events and incidents; Reassess, when necessary, the staff schedule of the department, quantitatively distributing the team to ensure efficiency in task execution; Perform invasive procedures, for example: urinary catheterization for relief, indwelling urinary catheterization, gastric/enteral intubation, among others, whenever prescribed; Carry out patient admissions, including bedside identification procedures, verification of identification wristbands, risk management, and other related routines. ##### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Nursing / Active COREN registration / Postgraduate studies in Hospital Nursing desirable. \*\*\*Position inclusive for PCD (People with Disabilities)\*\* ##### **Benefits** * Transportation allowance * Attendance bonus * Meal provision at the company * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Job opening date: 12/11/2025
