




**Description:** Responsible for developing electromechanical components, systems/subsystems with a focus on vehicle applications. To this end, the engineer must work closely with the development team, including local, global partners, and suppliers. **Key Responsibilities:** Evaluate, research, and integrate available new technologies; Work in close interaction/collaboration with multidisciplinary global teams, promoting integrated solutions aligned with organizational objectives; Participate in the planning and management of the entire new product development chain, from concept to validation; Manage potential challenges arising from resources, performance, and costs; Develop and optimize products for hybrid and electric vehicles, including electric machines, converters, and energy charging solutions, optimizing efficiency while ensuring high performance and reliability; Conduct technical feasibility analyses and project validations; Perform pre-development applications for validating proposed concepts; Contribute ideas and continuous improvements for existing products, aligning with market trends and regulatory requirements; Engage in applying standards, regulations, features, and technical specifications; Collaborate with engineering, procurement, production, and quality teams to ensure product innovation and efficiency; Interact with national/international supplier chains and development teams to define validation plans for components and complete vehicles; Serve as the focal point for validation/homologation testing; Define, manage, and execute the validation/homologation test plan on test benches for chassis components, systems, subsystems, and complete chassis—end-to-end, from risk identification to final reports.
