Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Systems Implementation Specialist for a technology startup, responsible for guiding clients through the implementation and training of the GTI PLUG/WMS software, serving as the first post-sales contact. We are looking for a Systems Implementation Specialist to join our team at a technology and innovation startup focused on digital transformation for logistics, with software that impacts the logistics supply chain. For this role, experience in conducting training and implementing and training on the GTI PLUG/WMS software is essential. We seek a candidate with excellent communication skills, clarity, and assertiveness. In essence, the selected candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the implementation and training process of the GTI PLUG/WMS software \[Definition Pending]. **Responsibilities of the Systems Implementation Specialist include:** * Conducting client training sessions. * Guiding clients through the implementation and training process of the GTI PLUG/WMS software \[Definition Pending]. * Serving as the first post-sales point of contact. * Accompanying clients in online meetings for configuration, setup, and training. * Delivering training sessions. * Performing onboarding and ensuring system adoption. * Configuring the system according to the client's specific scenario. * Understanding the client’s operational processes and advising on optimal system usage. * Identifying potential simple process improvements during implementation. * Acting as an intermediary between client requests and the internal team. * Ensuring the best customer experience throughout the system delivery journey. * Providing support and monitoring system adoption and the training schedule. **Requirements:** * Experience conducting training (Mandatory). * Prior experience in customer training (Desirable). * Experience in startups or SaaS (Software as a Service) companies (Desirable). * Knowledge of SLA and service-level agreements (Mandatory). * Basic/intermediate knowledge of logistics (Mandatory). * Proficiency in using and implementing the GTI PLUG/WMS software (Mandatory). * Ability to understand business processes and propose simple adjustments during implementation. * Experience in software training and implementation (Desirable). * Strong communication skills, clarity, and assertiveness (Mandatory). * Results- and metrics-oriented (Mandatory). * Teamwork skills (Mandatory). * Solution-focused mindset (Mandatory). * Flexibility (Mandatory). * Eagerness to learn (Mandatory). * Passion for teaching (Mandatory). * Dress-code-free work environment (Desirable). * Exposure to emerging technologies and market trends (Desirable). * Feedback-driven culture (Desirable). * Commitment to diversity and inclusion (regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, or disability) (Desirable). **Compensation and Benefits:** * Learning incentives (participation in courses, events, talks, and meetups). * Competitive market-based compensation, to be discussed during the selection process. * **Additional Information:** * **Work Model:** On-site * **Contract Type:** Independent Contractor (PJ) * **Primary Location:** Belo Horizonte / MG Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
