Act as an administrative support point by organizing schedules, answering phone calls, and performing team support tasks. * Greet and direct visitors and customers; * Answer phone calls and forward them to the respective departments; * Monitor entry and exit of people and correspondence; * Schedule meetings, appointments, or commitments according to departmental needs; * Maintain organization of the reception area and common spaces; * Provide basic information regarding services, operating hours, and procedures; * Support administrative tasks such as document scanning, filing, and dispatching. * **Education:** Completed high school * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in this role preferred Experience in front-office routines
