Therefore, here you will find people from different places and backgrounds, yet united by their belief in the importance of unity and the power of mutual support and inclusion. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct and assist in sampling—using appropriate methodologies—for potable water, wastewater, groundwater, soil and sediment collection, surface or deep water, and waste, in accordance with existing standards and procedures; * Sort and organize necessary supplies and equipment required to perform the work; * Be available for travel when required, according to the schedule defined by the department; * Utilize necessary tools and equipment to perform the work, measure field parameters, and handle samples in accordance with appropriate procedures and utensils; * Take responsibility for generated field records, accurately completing sampling documentation; * Ensure and take responsibility for preservation of collected samples, in accordance with current standards and procedures; * Ensure and take responsibility for proper use and maintenance of vehicles, tools, and equipment used during sampling. **Requirements and Qualifications** For this position, the following qualifications are required: * Completed undergraduate degree or technical diploma in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related fields. * Availability for travel; * Driver’s license, Category B; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
