Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and organized Clinical Receptionist to handle in-person and telephone patient interactions, patient admissions, authorization of medical service forms, and administrative support, aiming for excellence in orthopedic clinic service. Our goal is to provide specialized care and humanized service, reflecting our strong track record and commitment to quality. **Main Responsibilities** * In-person and telephone patient reception * Patient admission, registration, and data verification * Authorization of medical service forms with health insurance providers * Handling and verification of SADT forms * Knowledge and application of the CBHPM fee schedule (procedure codes) * Operation of Unimed’s SOL system – knowledge is a plus * Appointment scheduling, consultation tracking, and administrative support to the medical team * Ensuring courteous, professional service aligned with the clinic’s standards **Mandatory Requirements** * Proven experience in clinic or hospital reception serving health insurance providers ***Applicants with experience exclusively in public healthcare system (SUS) hospitals will not be considered*** **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with Spdata system * Operation of Unimed’s SOL system – knowledge is a plus * Prior experience in orthopedic clinics or other medical specialties **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 7:15 PM * No work on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary: R$ 2.616,35 * Meal allowance: R$ 24.00 per day * Daily bonus: R$ 12.00 * Unimed health plan after 1 year of employment * Full monthly premium covered by the clinic * Co-payment deducted from payroll only upon usage **Ideal Candidate Profile** We seek a committed, organized individual focused on delivering excellent patient service, who values direct patient interaction and wishes to join a solid, respected clinic with a professional environment.
