We value individuals with passion, ambition to grow, and a commitment to delivering excellence every day. **Your Main Responsibilities:** * Greet clients, visitors, and suppliers courteously and professionally; * Identify and direct individuals to the appropriate departments or professionals; * Answer phone calls, take messages, and provide basic information about the clinic; * Maintain the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times; * Receive and forward correspondence and packages; * Schedule appointments and manage room usage; * Support the administrative team with simple tasks such as document scanning, form completion, and spreadsheet management. **What We Are Looking For:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proactivity and friendliness in customer service; * Basic computer knowledge (Office/Google Suite, email); * Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
