Work Location: AUTHENTIC SALON Rua do Ouro, 1414 – Serra Neighborhood, Belo Horizonte – MG Position: Reception and Scheduling Starting Salary: R$ 1.819,00 Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Days: Tuesday to Saturday Responsibilities: – In-person, WhatsApp, and telephone customer service – Organization of the service schedule – Directing clients to respective departments – Providing support to professionals as needed – Maintaining reception area organization – Contributing to a welcoming and elegant experience for our clients Requirements: – Strong communication skills – Organizational ability and responsibility – Agility and attention to detail – Proficiency in customer service – Prior experience is a plus Employment Type: Full-time CLT contract Compensation: R$1.819,00 – R$2.609,71 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
