




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for all check-in and check-out tasks, handling reservations, and providing information about the hotel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet guests and assign rooms 2. Manage online and telephone reservations 3. Respond to customer complaints professionally * Perform all check\-in and check\-out tasks * Handle online and telephone reservations * Inform customers about available payment options and verify credit card details * Register guests by requesting necessary information (such as contact details and exact stay dates) * Greet guests upon arrival and assign rooms * Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities * Respond to customer complaints professionally and promptly * Coordinate with our housekeeping team to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to meet guest needs * Confirm group reservations and arrange customized services for VIP guests and event attendees, such as wedding guests * Sell additional activities and services when appropriate * Maintain up-to-date records of reservations and payments Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: R$1\.950,00 \- R$2\.850,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed high school (Preferred) Experience: * Customer reception (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
