The professional will be responsible for maintaining common areas, executing routine cleaning tasks, managing supplies, and providing basic support to employees and visitors. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform cleaning and maintenance of the office, reception area, restrooms, kitchenette, hallways, and other facilities; * Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and waxing floors; * Collection, sorting, and proper disposal of waste; * Organization and inventory control of cleaning supplies; * Prepare and serve coffee and water to employees and visitors; * Perform periodic cleaning of windows, walls, blinds, stairs, and common areas; * Identify maintenance needs and carry out spot cleaning tasks; * Ensure proper maintenance of materials and utensils; * Maintain positive interpersonal relationships and act with discretion and confidentiality.
