***The Cleaning Assistant must be able to***: · Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, counters, restrooms, floors and other common areas of the restaurant; · Collect and sort garbage and place it in appropriate locations; · Restock personal hygiene and stationery supplies in restrooms; · Keep the kitchen clean and organized, following food safety and hygiene standards; · Wash dishes and kitchen utensils; · Assist in inventory organization and control of cleaning materials; · Report to the restaurant manager any issues related to cleanliness or facility maintenance.
