Requires organization, attention to detail, and teamwork Financial Assistant Position Description We are seeking a Financial Assistant to support the company’s finance department. The selected candidate will handle bank reconciliation, check issuance, return processing, remittance file generation, accounts payable reporting, and importation of adhesion agreements and bills (deposits); verify bills after importation; record closings for 24-Hour Assistance; schedule payment agreements; draft indemnity process terms; manage in-person scheduling and attendance; and generate monthly reports. Responsibilities * Receive adhesion agreements and bills delivered by inspectors, along with corresponding protocols and amounts; * Perform cash opening, record adhesion agreements and bills, and conduct cash closing for treasury; * Verify cash closings performed by reception and forward them to management; * Correct MGF entries with fixed scheduling (amount, due date) according to physical bills received by mail, and archive them for future payment; * Enter payment requests into the MGF and GIA systems; * Record settlements for executed and scheduled payments in MGF; * Monitor commercial sector travel to regional offices, allocating meal, accommodation, and fuel allowances; * Perform bank reconciliation; * Issue checks to suppliers who provided vehicle repair services for members’ and/or third-party vehicles; * Process returns in SGA and generate remittance files; * Generate reports on accounts payable, adhesion agreement and bill (deposit) imports, reactivations, fraud and duplication, deactivations, and post-indemnity status; Requirements * Degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, or related fields * Prior experience in finance * Proficiency in Excel and financial management systems * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
