We currently have an opening for a Customer Success role at a leading real estate agency in the market. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide pre- and post-sales customer service, with emphasis on customer conversion and retention; * Support front desk activities, ensuring courteous and efficient service; * Identify sales opportunities arising from customer interactions; * Track and record the customer journey, ensuring organized information management; * Assist with administrative tasks related to customer service and the commercial team. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Experience and ease in customer-facing roles; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Basic computer literacy. **Additional Information:** * Salary: R$ 2.175; * Meal allowance of R$ 24.00/day (Ifood Benefits card); * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance (Ifood Benefits card); * Gympass; * Unimed health plan (co-payment); and * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM (fully on-site), plus one Saturday per month (8 AM to 1 PM); * Location: Cidade Jardim, Belo Horizonte.
