Persuasive communication and agility in overcoming objections **Commercial Assistant \- Lead Conversion** We are seeking a professional to work in the commercial area, focusing on lead conversion and closing of gestational monitoring programs. **This is not a receptionist position. It is a commercial role with performance targets.** **Responsibilities:** * Handling leads via WhatsApp and Instagram * Strategically guiding conversations * Sending proposals * Proactive follow-up * Contract closing **Requirements:** \* Proven experience in consultative sales \* Experience working with targets and closing deals \* Confidence in overcoming objections \* Persuasive and agile communication **Fixed salary \+ commission per closed contract.** Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM \| Saturdays on rotating schedule Work location: Av.
