Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on professional with experience and leadership qualities to supervise inventory and transportation operations, organize daily operations, and implement processes. Team Leadership and Performance Indicator Management Position: Senior Inventory and Transportation Supervisor Location: Belo Horizonte – Pampulha Region Work Model: On-site Employment Type: CLT or PJ (as preferred) About the Position We seek a hands-on professional with technical expertise and leadership capabilities to supervise inventory and transportation functions. The candidate will be responsible for organizing operations, implementing processes, structuring routines, and monitoring performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency and goal achievement. Main Responsibilities * Management of inventory operations (receiving and dispatch) and transportation * Monitoring of productivity, quality, and SLA targets * Management of operational performance indicators (KPIs) * Demand planning and workforce sizing (S\&OP) * Operational management of suppliers and transportation providers * Implementation of process improvements and cost reduction initiatives * Application of Lean and 5S methodologies * Team leadership and performance monitoring * Shift scheduling and operational routine control * Coordination with internal departments including Sales, Procurement, and Drivers Requirements: Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Production Engineering * Experience supervising inventory and transportation operations * Experience with performance indicators and continuous improvement * Practical experience in demand planning and team staffing * Advanced Excel proficiency * Power BI experience is a plus
