




Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for evaluating and routing product returns, verifying product characteristics, and interacting with Customer Service, Logistics, and Returns & Allowances (R.A.). Key Highlights: 1. Evaluate product returns and verify characteristics (color, texture) 2. Register and route returns to the appropriate workflow 3. Communicate with Customer Service, Logistics, and R.A. for alignment About the Position: You will be responsible for evaluating returns received via logistics carriers, carefully inspecting product characteristics (color, texture, cartridge, bottle, and fragrance), and ensuring each item is correctly routed. You will work closely with Customer Service, Logistics, and R.A. teams to ensure swift, accurate, and well-documented handling. Main Responsibilities: * Receive and evaluate product returns from logistics carriers. * Verify product characteristics: color, texture, cartridge, bottle, and fragrance. * Register and route returns to the appropriate workflow (rework, disposal, replenishment, etc., per internal policy). * Communicate clearly and concisely with Customer Service, Logistics, and R.A. departments for alignment and case resolution. **WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM** Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
