Strategic collaboration with management and cross-departmental interaction. **Job Description:** **Your Responsibilities:** **Data Management:** Collect and enter performance indicators into the Network's management systems. **Accreditation Support:** Support maintenance of certifications and monitor resolution of non-conformities. **Systems:** Configure modules of the Quality Management System and train managers on tool usage. **Surveys and Audits:** Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and manage quality document copies. **Strategic Support:** Assist management in tracking requests and interact with various departments across the Institution. **Requirements:** **Education:** Completed High School (Bachelor’s degree in progress is preferred).
