Job Summary: Operational professional responsible for vehicle safety inspections, diagnostics, automotive repairs, customer service, and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in customer service and the sales process **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** MON \- FRI: 09:00 \- 18:00 (LUNCH 13:00 \- 14:00\) \- SAT: 08:00 \- 12:00 **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Perform vehicle safety inspections through automotive check-ups; Identify and diagnose repair needs, advising on required services and parts; Mount and dismount tires; Carry out automotive services such as wheel alignment and balancing; Replace and install automotive parts, including shock absorbers and brake pads; Assist in customer service and in the sales process related to vehicle needs; Provide technical handover to customers, explaining performed services; Properly store tires and parts; Handle customer complaints regarding products or services rendered, reporting to store management when necessary; Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly; Ensure workplace organization, cleanliness, and preventive maintenance of facilities and equipment; **Requirements:** **Valid Category B driver's license required;** Completion of elementary education preferred; Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive services preferred; Technical or vocational training in mechanical or automotive fields preferred; Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service; Organization and responsibility in task execution **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Performance bonus, Profit sharing, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Transportation voucher
