The Senior Procurement Assistant is responsible for executing, monitoring, and supporting complex procurement and supply processes at Logás, operating with greater autonomy in acquiring materials, supplies, services, and equipment required by administrative and operational departments. This role involves analyzing quotations, supporting negotiations, managing purchase orders, and monitoring contracts—ensuring adherence to deadlines, technical compliance, and cost optimization, thereby contributing to the continuity and efficiency of natural gas distribution and logistics operations. **2. ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Execute and monitor medium- and high-complexity procurement processes; * Conduct quotations and comparative analyses of prices, delivery times, and commercial terms; * Support supplier negotiations to achieve optimal cost-benefit for the company; * Issue, control, and monitor purchase orders, ensuring compliance with agreed deadlines and conditions; * Manage supplier relationships to align demand expectations and improve performance; * Support the management of supply and service provision contracts; * Maintain and update supplier, material, and service registries; * Verify purchase requisitions, invoices, and related procurement documentation; * Support the control of material receipt at the warehouse; * Prepare and monitor procurement area reports, indicators, and controls; * Interface with Logistics, Maintenance, Finance, and Contracts departments; * Support internal and external audits, as well as regulatory inspections; * Contribute to process standardization, improvement, and cost reduction; * Comply with internal regulations, corporate policies, and applicable legislation.
