This role involves full management of construction projects—from planning to delivery—and requires dynamism, resilience, results orientation, as well as the ability to guide teams and ensure high-standard project delivery within a flat organizational structure. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Work full-time on-site, overseeing daily execution; * Monitor all construction phases, with emphasis on renovations; * Coordinate site supervisors, foremen, and operational teams; * Control physical construction schedule and support planning; * Monitor material consumption, measurements, and basic costs; * Ensure technical quality, safety, and execution standards; * Resolve field issues and support design adjustments; * Interface with clients when necessary; * Prepare progress and status reports for construction projects; * Support coordination and management teams with field information. ### **Technical Requirements** * Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields; * Practical experience in construction projects; * Familiarity with site routines and construction processes; * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; * Basic knowledge of planning, scheduling, and construction control; * Applied construction knowledge (field experience), even without having managed projects from inception to completion. * Willingness to travel is required **Desirable Qualifications (Differentiators)** ---------------------------------------- * Experience in commercial construction projects (offices, retail stores, corporate environments); * Experience managing projects with tight deadlines and high client expectations; * Ability to manage multiple suppliers and third-party teams; * Prior involvement in at least one complete construction cycle (even if not as the primary responsible party); * Familiarity with multiple technical disciplines (electrical, plumbing, finishes, structural); * Basic knowledge of cost control and measurement. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Hands-on, practical mindset; * Strong communication skills; * Proactivity; * Organization and sense of responsibility; * Management approach aligned with seniority level; * Firm leadership posture for construction oversight, without absorbing excessive stress; * Adaptability to diverse construction scenarios. ### **Benefits** * Meal allowance * Travel allowance * Profit-sharing program (PL) * Company car * Others Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
