Job Summary: We are seeking Apprentices to begin their professional careers and learn, through hands-on experience, the daily operations of a Logistics Distribution Center in the pharmaceutical sector, developing responsibility, organization, and administrative and logistics knowledge. Learning and professional development environment We are looking for **Apprentices** who wish to launch their professional careers and learn, through practical experience, how a **Logistics Distribution Center in the pharmaceutical sector** operates. This is an excellent opportunity to develop **responsibility, organization, teamwork, and administrative and logistics knowledge**, always with guidance and within the Apprenticeship Program. The apprentice will engage in administrative and logistics support activities, contributing to the Distribution Center’s operations and gaining professional experience. Responsibilities (within the Apprenticeship Program) The apprentice will support activities such as: * Support in **logistics department administrative routines** * Organization and updating of **spreadsheets and internal controls** * Support in **organizing documents and files** * Assistance in **controlling material and information inflow and outflow** * Support to Distribution Center teams in administrative and support tasks * Assistance in **organizing workspaces and materials** * Support in basic logistics processes, always **under supervision** All activities will be carried out **in compliance with the Apprenticeship Program legislation**, focusing on learning and professional development.
