Manages facilities contracts and oversees maintenance activities. **Description** The Procurement and Facilities Analyst is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency in the procurement of materials and indirect services (MRO) and in managing the company's building infrastructure. This role strategically handles supplier negotiations, contract control, and cost optimization to guarantee seamless operational and administrative activities. **Responsibilities** **Main responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and purchases of indirect materials (MRO and consumables); * Develop and manage supplier relationships to secure optimal terms and costs; * Manage facilities contracts (cleaning, maintenance, security, and front desk); * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure; * Control purchase orders, invoices, and payment entries; * Support inventory control and operational improvements. * Experience in procurement and/or facilities; * Strong negotiation and cost analysis skills; * Organizational ability and process-oriented mindset; * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems is a plus.
