Job Summary: Professional responsible for driver registration, issuing freight contracts, managing pickup orders, and supporting the junior team, ensuring data compliance and integrity. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for registering and validating driver documentation 2. Issuing freight contracts and managing pickup orders 3. Providing technical support and mentoring to junior team members Register drivers in the system, validating documentation (e.g., driver's license, ANTT, MOPP), deadlines, and compliance, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Issue CTRB (freight contract) according to commercial rules and internal policies, verifying calculation items, rate tables, and negotiated terms. Manage pickup orders: create/update orders. Send the CTRB to the driver, confirm receipt, and provide guidance on questions, pending items, and loading requirements. Review the CTRB (consistency checks, attached documents, values, and approval levels), resolve discrepancies, and record evidence in the system. Process advances in Rodopar (entry, verification, and release), ensuring audit trail and adherence to limits/policies. Support the junior team during night shifts: serve as technical reference, answer questions, review critical entries (CTRB/advances/orders/registrations/monitoring), and ensure a consolidated handover at shift change. Monitor operational KPIs for the shift (pending CTRBs/pickups/advances/CTE closures), escalate to relevant departments when necessary, and flag risks impacting SLA. Maintain accurate records and clear communication with operations, finance, and drivers, ensuring traceability and compliance. Working Hours: Rotating 6x1 schedule — Monday to Friday — 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM. Sunday work is remote. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields. * Prior experience in transportation companies. * Knowledge and hands-on experience in driver registration, freight contract generation, freight/toll reconciliations, and proof-of-payment audits. * Excel/Power BI; familiarity with TMS SSW or Rodopar is desirable.
