Responsibilities and duties: Main job challenges: * Manage and develop a team of approximately 100 people while maintaining standards, discipline, and engagement. * Ensure Safety, Quality, and Productivity, preventing deviations and stoppages. * Reduce losses and increase efficiency. * Guarantee documentary compliance and traceability in accordance with GMP. * Manage schedules and cross-training to cover vacations and absenteeism. * Teamwork (Quality, Maintenance, Safety, and Logistics). Work schedule: 44-hour weekly schedule, Monday to Friday: 07:00–16:48 (1st shift) and 16:30–13:48 (2nd shift). Overtime is possible upon business need and company authorization.
