Description: * Technical course in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering or related fields preferred; * Bachelor's degree in progress in Engineering, Administration, or related fields; * Experience in maintenance planning and control; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Experience with integrated systems (ERP); * Familiarity with Project, Primavera, and TOTVS; * Collaborate with the maintenance/operations team to analyze preventive maintenance tasks; * Critically analyze and propose improvement actions for maintenance work plans; * Request material or equipment specifications from Engineering for maintenance material registration; * Prepare purchase requests in the system/ERP; * Collaborate with the Engineering team to establish and refine the Preventive/Predictive Maintenance Program; * Populate the ERP system with registrations of new materials; * Critically assess, together with Engineering, the need for spare parts inventory replenishment; * Critically analyze maintenance performance indicators and participate in developing action plans; * Conduct audits of maintenance and operations processes jointly with the Maintenance Manager; * Critically review records to preserve equipment history quality; * Management Dashboard for Performance Indicators: Build and maintain an updated indicator dashboard, retrieving data from the system and editing\-it into Tecnogera's standard format; * Critically analyze planned work in maintenance orders: labor, materials, equipment, safety procedures, and technical documentation for operational standards; * Critically review maintenance orders regarding completeness, pending items, and productivity to ensure high-quality closure in the system/ERP; * Request Engineering to develop technical scopes for service procurement, implementation of improvements, and resolution of chronic problems; * Actively participate in continuous improvement programs (Lean, 5S, Kaizen) and PDCA; * Act as a facilitator to disseminate a culture of best maintenance practices across the organization; * Develop partners and alternative solutions for operations. 251211020249191093
