Job Summary: Develop and implement occupational safety and health standards, organize legal documentation, advise the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA), and investigate accidents to prevent recurrence. CIPA advisory services and PPE evaluation **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement occupational safety and health standards across Units, based on specific legislation and policies defined by the Client, aiming to prevent hazardous situations and accidents detrimental to human and material assets of the Company; * Organize, control, and issue all legally required documentation (accident investigation and analysis, statistics, PPE distribution records, and inspection records) to comply with applicable legislation; * Advise the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) across Units as needed to ensure the effectiveness of its actions toward preventing occupational accidents and diseases; * Conduct technical investigation and assessment of accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions occurring in the Unit, including interviewing involved parties, performing measurements, and collecting materials for analysis, to identify root causes and prevent recurrence; * Analyze and evaluate personal protective equipment (PPE), verifying origin, quality, resistance, variety, and user comfort, and issuing purchase requests; **Requirements:** Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety Experience in mobilization is essential Interested candidates must send their resumes to the following e\-mail: andreza.aguiar@lafaete.com.br Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Salary: R$3\.100,00 \- R$3\.400,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you reside in Ouro Preto/MG or nearby region? * Do you have experience as an Occupational Safety Technician in the mining sector?
