All united by the same purpose: **ensuring market access to hard-to-find medications.** Job description Perform operational support activities for logistical processes, contributing to the organization, control, and movement of materials, products, and documents, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with established deadlines. Responsibilities and duties * Matching invoices with purchase orders; * Entering invoices into the system; * Receiving, inspecting, identifying, and storing raw materials and supplies; * Performing periodic inventories; * Monitoring temperature and humidity levels in rooms and refrigerators; * Filling out records (checklists, forms, etc); * Archiving records; * Receiving and storing finished products; * Printing order reports and orders; * Issuing secondary labels; * Picking / checking orders; * Consolidating orders; * Preparing and packaging products for transport; * Loading and dispatching to carriers and motorbike couriers; * Recording order movements in the system; * Scheduling motorbike couriers; Requirements and qualifications **Education:** High school diploma completed. **Experience:** Previous experience in operational or logistical support roles is desirable. **Desired knowledge:** * Basic knowledge of warehousing and inventory control; * Handling products and material handling equipment; * Office Suite (basic level) and/or management systems.
