If you are passionate about being part of this purpose and wish to stay one step ahead of the market, join us! **Main Responsibilities:** * Be responsible for executing low-complexity procurement and service processes, aiming to achieve the best cost-benefit ratio within organizational standards and deadlines * Support the selection process of new suppliers by developing and qualifying them; * Contribute to procurement area processes by exploring new negotiation strategies and suggesting * improvements; * Contribute to procurement planning by analyzing and consolidating necessary information for * contract adaptation; * Support peer development by delivering specific training sessions; * Execute low-scale and low-complexity procurement processes within defined authorities and policies, * including quotation, negotiation, contracting, follow-up, among others; * Manage the supplier list, monitoring supplier performance and controlling document organization; * Ensure timely delivery of requested items through supplier follow-up and purchase order issuance; * Guarantee procurement area results by monitoring performance indicators; * Execute procurement operationalization plans, cycles, and stages, assessing needs and requirements to secure optimal commercial conditions, continuity, and functionality for client areas; * Record procurement operation information and details, making data available in systems and/or other mechanisms. **We seek candidates who demonstrate:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Desired knowledge of internal procedures, supply chain, SAP/ERP, ISO 14000 and 9000, and Microsoft Office Suite; * Basic English; * Strong communication skills, dynamism, flexibility. **Our essence inspires our daily work; thus, we seek passionate people who:** * Foster a knowledge-sharing environment, exchanging experiences and enabling interdependence across teams; * Are constantly evolving, investing in self-development and facilitating others’ growth; * Pursue social awareness of diversity and inclusion, cooperating to build a collaborative environment; * Identify and anticipate customer needs, acting promptly to deliver appropriate, personalized solutions; * Plan and execute work with excellence to achieve expected outcomes, guided by innovation and agility; * Generate and implement new ideas, continuously seeking improvements to experiment with new approaches and adapt to market changes. **Job Information:** Work Model: Hybrid (2 days per week onsite). Location: Vespasiano - MG (shuttle service available). Workload: 220 hours/month. Schedule: Monday to Friday.
