




Job Description: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in commercial areas is desirable; * Proficiency in management tools; * Knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.); * Experience with CRM systems; * Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus. * Responsible for organizing and coordinating back-office routines, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely completion of deadlines and assignments; * Preparation of management reports; data collection to generate Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports; * Monitoring order workflows, customer registrations, price lists, commercial policies, and marketing campaigns within systems (ERP/CRM); * Analyzing opportunity acquisition and managing public market procurement processes using relevant tools; * Consolidating and analyzing sales reports and indicators, channel performance, customer metrics, and operational performance; * Collaborating with Logistics, Finance, Credit & Collections, Tax, Compliance, and other internal departments; * Identifying risks and opportunities for continuous improvement in commercial processes and controls; * Leading the internal commercial team. 2512060202191907599
