




Job Summary: The professional will assist in the procurement process, including obtaining quotations, negotiating with suppliers, managing procurement systems, and providing administrative support. Professional development with training allowance fully funded by the company **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in the procurement of materials and services * Obtain quotations and negotiate with suppliers * Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery deadlines * Update and manage procurement spreadsheets and systems * Support inventory control and documentation * Provide administrative support as needed **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields is preferred) * Prior experience in procurement (preferred) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with ERP systems * Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management processes **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance * Meal allowance: BRL 300.00 * Fully company-funded training allowance * After 6 months, referral of a first-degree relative for the training allowance program Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: BRL 2,800.00 – BRL 3,000.00 per month Benefits: * Fuel assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Procurement (Mandatory)
