**About the Position:**
We are looking for an **Administrative Procurement Assistant** to support our operations by managing quotations, negotiations, procurement of goods and services, and supplier relationship management, meeting internal company demands.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Conduct quotations for goods and services;
* Research prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms with suppliers;
* Submit budget approvals to responsible managers;
* Execute approved purchases and contracts;
* Track orders and freight deliveries until receipt by the requester;
* Manage purchase requests and quotations in shared spreadsheets;
* Provide updates to internal customers regarding purchase status;
* Support infrastructure contracting for courses (classrooms, coffee breaks, accommodation, transportation, equipment);
* Contribute to supplier retention;
* Comply with quality management system procedures.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Prior experience in **procurement, supply chain, or related areas** is a plus.
