We are seeking an Implementation Assistant to support the implementation process of systems, platforms, and technological solutions, ensuring necessary support to teams and clients throughout all stages. **Responsibilities and Duties** Your responsibilities will include: * Conducting onboarding for new clients; * Collecting data and performing registration procedures; * Providing basic technical support to clients during the initial system usage phases; * Establishing and maintaining close relationships with clients to understand their goals and challenges; * Delivering training sessions demonstrating product usability; * Preparing presentations, instructional materials, or other documentation; **Additional Position Information:** * Fully on-site role; * 40-hour weekly workload (Monday to Friday); * Availability to work in the Funcionários neighborhood, Belo Horizonte. Requirements: **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Proficiency in typing techniques; * Customer service techniques. **Preferred Qualifications** We would be delighted if you have: * An ongoing undergraduate degree in International Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Pedagogy, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related fields.
