Working on high-complexity projects, identifying gaps, preparing “AS IS/TO BE” reports, and proposing improvements. * Specifying instruments, PLCs, and supervisory systems. * Programming PLCs and supervisory systems on market-standard platforms. * Participating in the development of technical proposals and schedules. * Conducting tests, commissioning, and assisted operation. * Mentoring interns and junior analysts. * Performing other equivalent-complexity tasks as required by the department/company. Requirements: **Qualifications:** * Technical education in fields related to electroelectronics, automation, instrumentation, and process control. * Completed undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Knowledge of supervisory system programming (WinCC, Vijeo Citect, Elipse), hybrid systems (Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider), and HMIs (Rockwell, Schneider, Siemens, Wago). * Minimum 7 years of experience in automation, instrumentation, and industrial processes. * Technical English. * Familiarity with industrial process stages in mining, steelmaking, and agribusiness (seeds). **It is important that you:** * **Have availability to travel;** * Enjoy working in teams; * Enjoy challenges and proactively resolve them; * Communicate effectively and interact well with people; * Be focused, organized, and skilled in planning; * And, of course, identify with our culture! **Selection Process Steps:** * Application; * Chat with People & Management (HR); * Technical Manager interview; * Technical test (if applicable); * Feedback and/or offer and hiring.
