If you’re passionate about turning connections into opportunities, enjoy working closely with people, and want to soar high alongside a team that grows together, this role could be your next step! **About the Role – What You’ll Do Here:** * Perform full database administration, including installation, configuration, monitoring, performance optimization, and preventive maintenance; * Ensure high availability, security, and data integrity in critical environments (24/7); * Execute backup, recovery, and contingency planning routines; * Conduct performance, capacity, and environment tuning analysis; * Propose improvements and automation for database environments; * Participate in environment upgrade, migration, and support projects; * Support development teams by ensuring stability, performance, and adherence to best practices; * Collaborate with technical teams using agile methodologies. **What You Need for This Role:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Solid expertise in Oracle Database 11g and 19c; * Experience with ASM, Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and Oracle ecosystem tools; * Knowledge of Linux (administration, troubleshooting, and basic automation); * Experience in mission-critical and high-availability environments. **What Would Make You Stand Out:** Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Cassandra, and SQL Server. Experience in SQL and PL/SQL tuning. Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM). Experience with agile methodologies, especially Kanban.
