**Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Responsible for portfolio development and for designing and implementing customer relationship strategies, including portfolio management of products and services, supporting business teams and PA-related processes for corporate clients (PJ), through marketing of existing portfolio products and services, as well as delivering financial advisory services focused on the cooperative member’s needs and the cooperative’s results, aiming at profitability and portfolio expansion, promoting service quality, efficiency and standardization, achievement of established targets, and offering solutions in products and services aligned with client expectations and loyalty within the incumbent’s area of responsibility. **Requirements:** * Completed postgraduate degree in fields related to the role and the cooperative’s business * Active CPro-R certification * Prior experience in corporate (PJ) portfolio management is desirable * Experience in prospecting new clients/members * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Expertise in negotiation of financial products and services * In-depth knowledge of credit cooperative legislation * Mastery of customer service techniques, sales techniques, and the financial market * Proficiency in credit policies and financial mathematics * Familiarity with regulations issued by BACEN, CVM, and ANBIMA * Proficiency in products and services (funding and credit, bank collections, etc.) **Benefits:** At Sicoob Divicred, we believe that valued people build extraordinary results.
