We're looking for a Mid-Level Videomaker who combines technical expertise with strategic creativity, ready to produce videos that engage and convert! What you'll do Plan, shoot, and edit short and long-form videos for paid media campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads. Create social media-optimized videos (Reels, Stories, TikTok) focused on engagement and performance. Propose and test new formats, creative ideas, and angles based on brand needs and market trends. Perform edits including animations, dynamic subtitles, transitions, and graphic effects, always aligned with each brand's visual identity. Collaborate with Copy and Design teams to align visual messages and scripts. Manage shooting, editing, and delivery schedules, ensuring deadlines and operational efficiency. Stay updated on video trends (hot trends) to suggest relevant and innovative ideas for campaigns and social media. Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Videomaker, Motion Designer, or similar role. Proficiency in editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut. Basic knowledge of graphic design (Photoshop and Illustrator) for incorporating visual elements into videos. Ability to operate cameras and perform basic color grading. Portfolio featuring advertising campaign videos, branded content, or social media content. Strong understanding of storytelling and adapting videos for different formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9). Experience with performance-driven videos and metrics (engagement, CTR, conversion rate). Availability for on-site work in Belo Horizonte – Savassi. Highly valued differentiators Experience in audiovisual production for e-commerce, fashion, or beauty. Familiarity with creating UGC (User Generated Content) in collaboration with influencers. Knowledge of graphic animation (simple motion graphics, lower thirds, infographics). Experience or interest in understanding and interpreting video metrics such as watch time, retention rate, CTR, and ROAS. Hands-on experience with TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram in digital marketing strategies. Proactivity in creating and testing new concepts and short-video strategies.
