We are looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Mid-Level Social Media Specialist capable of transforming brand positioning into relevant, engaging, and high-impact content. If you are organized, proactive, energetic, and enjoy combining strategy with execution, this role is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and structure the monthly social media editorial calendar * Produce, edit, and publish content aligned with the brand’s positioning * Write captions, scripts, and digital communication materials * Monitor performance metrics and propose strategic improvements * Capture on-site content at construction sites, events, supplier locations, and meetings * Ensure visual and textual consistency across all digital channels **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory: * Completed high school education * Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media * Proficiency in Instagram and/or LinkedIn * Ability to produce end-to-end content * Availability for hybrid work in Belo Horizonte Preferred: * Experience with institutional or B2B brands * Background in service-based companies, architecture firms, or consulting firms * Knowledge of branding and brand positioning * Experience with short-form videos and audiovisual production * Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Trello, or Monday **Additional Information** Contract type: PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) Work model: Hybrid Location: Belo Horizonte/MG Part-time schedule with flexible hours Opportunities for professional growth and development Benefits via iFood Benefícios Gympass Avus \+ Dasa \+ Starbem We connect companies with the right professionals through agile, human-centered processes focused on delivering value to all stakeholders.
