**-SOCIAL MEDIA** We are seeking a dynamic and creative professional to join our communications and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and producing audiovisual content (videos/photos) for the social media accounts of our stores, serving as the brand’s official representative. * **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws contract). * **Work Mode:** On-site. * **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Weekend work will occur **only when necessary** or in response to specific service demands. **-SALARY:** * **Starting Salary:** BRL 2,500.00. * **Salary Progression:** Compensation is progressive and may reach up to BRL 3,000.00, based on professional development and performance. * **Benefits:** Transportation Voucher + Bonus of BRL 150.00, provided there are no absences and working hours are strictly adhered to. * **Breaks:** 1-hour lunch break and a 15-minute snack/break. **-WORK LOCATIONS:** Work will be conducted across a retail store network, comprising both fixed-location stores (visited weekly) and non-fixed-location stores (visited once per month). * **Fixed-location stores:** Some stores in downtown Belo Horizonte and at Minas Shopping. * **Non-fixed-location stores:** Barreiro, Eldorado, Contagem Shopping, Partage Betim Shopping, and one store in downtown Belo Horizonte. **-WORKING HOURS:** Working hours are determined by the store’s location, as detailed below: * **Street Stores:** 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. * **Shopping Mall Stores:** 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. **-KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** The professional will be fully responsible for managing the stores’ digital presence, with focus on: * **Social Media Management:** Administration and maintenance of the Instagram accounts of individual stores. * **Content Production:** Recording and editing of audiovisual materials. * **Graphic Design Creation:** Development of visual assets intended for display on in-store digital screens. * **Customer Engagement:** Responding to and monitoring customer interactions via digital platforms. * **Brand Representation:** Serving as the store’s official **image and spokesperson**, appearing in *Stories* and *Reels*.
