In this role, you will be responsible for selling advertising space to companies interested in the audience that visits the stores of this retail chain—both suppliers and non-suppliers—as well as advertising agencies. **Key responsibilities:** Negotiate with companies (suppliers and non-suppliers) within the retail chain to place media across available properties, including aerial banners, static panels, and booth spaces, as well as digital channel media. Develop new media opportunities and special advertising campaign projects. Monitor occupancy rates across all media properties in the managed stores, ensuring maximum utilization of all assets. The prospecting universe for this sales activity will consist of (i.) store suppliers—especially local/regional manufacturers; (ii.) non-supplier companies interested in the store’s customer base, such as construction firms, consortia, educational institutions, and general service providers; and (iii.) advertising agencies for developing retail media projects.
