




Job Summary: The professional will manage and coordinate all stages of visits, from scheduling and logistics to budget monitoring and report preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of visits and events 2. Logistics coordination and supplier control 3. Post-visit report preparation Responsibilities: Manage the demand for visit requests. Define strategies, objectives, and itinerary planning, meeting the specific needs of each visit. Schedule all services required for visit execution, such as snacks and transportation. Reserve meeting rooms and grant visitor access. Contact suppliers and internal clients from partner departments. Plan all logistics for visits. Ensure operational execution of visits through control of all contracted suppliers. Monitor event budget. Provide on-site visit support. Prepare post-visit reports for contracting companies. Manage resources, promotional gifts, and marketing materials.
